Office Equipment Maintenance Options for our Customers

Standard Time & Materials.

Simply call us when you need maintenance or repairs. For your laser printer, fax or convenience copier repairs, we offer affordable onsite service on a time & materials basis. We do not charge mileage or trip fees. Free preventive maintenance cleanings will be included with every service call. For our labor rates, please see the "service rates" tab under Service & Support

APMP or Annual Preventive Maintenance Plan.

For an annual fee, we will provide yearly preventive maintenance. During this scheduled visit, should any parts be needed, you will not incur any labor charges. In the event you have need for a repair between PM visits, you will be charged only a small flat fee (as low as $75) per occurrence plus parts (discounted 10%). The overall benefit of this program is to eliminate future equipment failures by performing routine maintenance on a proactive basis. This program makes sense when the customer has newer printers that would not be expected to break down often enough to warrant expensive full service maintenance agreements. Annual fees depend on number of printers on the program. Typical fees are only half the cost of a Full Service Contract. The customer also enjoys priority technician response over T&M customers.

Full Service Maintenance Contract.

This program is for the customer that does not want any surprises. In the event you require service on a covered printer/fax, you will not incur any charges, except for manufacturer’s defined consumables. All labor & parts are included. In addition, we provide one or two free preventive maintenance cleanings per year to keep the equipment in top operating order. Annual fees range start at $165 and depend on the model and accessories attached.

Contract Customers receive priority service response over Standard T & M customers. Our objective is to respond onsite to all Contract calls within 24 hours. Most Contract calls received by 10:00 am will receive same day technician visits.
