The Prevention Plan

The Prevention Plan is a Proactive full service maintenance plan.  As you are not required to purchase your toner supplies from Carefree under this plan, the pricing is slightly higher than our other plans.  Features include:

  • Annual Preventive Maintenance visits
  • All parts and labor are included in the annual price.
  • You are guaranteed a SAME DAY or next business day onsite tech visit!
  • Pricing is dependent on the makes, models and number of devices in your fleet.

For a better value, consider the Benefits Plan (formerly called TotalCare) which provides the same coverage as the Prevention Plan but with a significant lower investment due to your committment to use Carefree-provided printer consumables (toner, etc).  When you purchase your toners from Carefree, we commit to being your best price whether you prefer original manufacturer brands or high quality compatibles.  Click here to learn about the Benefits Plan
