Henry

Henry is our new Customer Service Representative. You will be talking with him when you call Carefree with a service request or to order supplies.

Henry was a Barista at Starbucks for three years, where he learned great customer service.

His hobbies include photography and playing guitar and piano in church.

Henry's daughter Nakia enjoys playing with Bubu, their Pembroke Welsh Corgi. Nakia will be starting kindergarten in September.

Just wanted to take a quick moment and let you know what a great operation you have going over there. Dominion Wealth Management, Inc. couldn't be more pleased with the two products we purchased from you (the mfp 4345 and the hp 3000 laserjet) and the continued service you and your team have provided. Specifically I'd like to thank Adam for teaching us how to use the machines and for assisting us over the phone when queries arise, and I'd like to thank Wil for taking the time to set up a colleague of ours, Patty Copolla, on a 4345 at her home. At our last place of business, the continual failure of the mfp's and the poor service response time was an incredible hinderance to productivity and efficiency. Thank you for continuing to alleviate this as a concern in our daily lives.
