Just wanted to take a quick moment and let you know what a great operation you have going over there. Dominion Wealth Management, Inc. couldn't be more pleased with the two products we purchased from you (the mfp 4345 and the hp 3000 laserjet) and the continued service you and your team have provided. Specifically I'd like to thank Adam for teaching us how to use the machines and for assisting us over the phone when queries arise, and I'd like to thank Wil for taking the time to set up a colleague of ours, Patty Copolla, on a 4345 at her home. At our last place of business, the continual failure of the mfp's and the poor service response time was an incredible hinderance to productivity and efficiency.
